About

Hello, I'm Amy

A space to reconnect with your body, nurture your mind and nourish your soul.

My journey to the mat

Over the last few years, I've been through a lot of life's ups and downs, and it's taught me just how important it is to slow down, listen to my body and take care of my nervous system.

For me, yoga is about so much more than the physical poses. It's about creating a safe space to reconnect with yourself, release tension, quieten the mind and find a little bit of peace amongst the chaos of everyday life.

This is why I feel so passionate about embodied, somatic yoga and nervous system regulation. Learning to recognise what our bodies need, gently moving through stress and giving ourselves permission to pause can be so powerful.

I also absolutely love working with the seven chakras. Each chakra represents a different aspect of our physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing — from feeling grounded and safe in our root chakra, to opening our hearts to love and compassion, finding our voice through the throat chakra and connecting with our intuition through the third eye.

My intention is to create a space where you can come exactly as you are. No pressure to be perfect, no expectations — just an opportunity to breathe, move, feel and reconnect with yourself.

Because sometimes, the most powerful thing we can do for ourselves is simply slow down and listen.

What matters to me

Creating space for new beginnings

I have a particular passion for making yoga accessible, supportive and meaningful for people at different stages of life. Two areas especially close to my heart are teenage yoga and chair yoga, because yoga should be available to everybody — regardless of age, ability or experience.

You are not too old. You are not too late. And you are not too far gone to begin again.Amy
